We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive for our International voice process. The role involves handling inbound calls and responding to customer emails, addressing inquiries, and providing efficient solutions. The ideal candidate must have at least 12 months of experience in an international voice process.

Role & Responsibilities

• Resolve Billing Issues:
• Address and resolve billing concerns using query-solving techniques.
• Provide clear and concise information related to recurring bills, billing cycles, due dates, prorated charges, auto-pay, surcharges, service charges, and taxes.
• Customer Support:
• Handle international inbound customer calls, focusing on delivering exceptional service.
• Answer customer queries regarding billing and services.
• Customer Engagement:
• Listen actively to customer needs, concerns, and feedback, and respond appropriately.
• Manage tough situations calmly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Documentation:
• Accurately record customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and enhance the customer experience.

Required Profile

• Experience:
• Minimum 6 months of international voice experience, especially in a billing-related role.
• Proven experience resolving customer issues related to billing.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills with clarity in thought and articulation.
• Strong ability to multitask and make quick, independent decisions.
• Customer-centric mindset with logical thinking and spontaneity.
• Ability to handle challenging situations and maintain professionalism.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with CRM systems and documentation processes is a plus.
• Availability:
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts.
