1) Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.

2) Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate can be Graduate/ Undergraduate with Minimum 6-month experience in Customer Support.
