Designation: Gen AI Specialist

(MBA from IIM mandate)

Qualification - MBA (IIM preferred - Tier 1,2)

Location : Remote

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner (7-15 days max)

Mandate Skillsets - Generative AI, Artificial Intelligence, Business Artificial Intelligence, Data Visualization, Business Strategy, Product Strategy, Business Analysis

AI Ethics and Compliance

• Ensure that AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address any potential issues.

2. Data Analysis:

• Analyze and assess data quality, availability, and relevance for AI model training.

• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines are in place for AI projects.

3. AI Solution Design:

• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to design generative AI solutions that align with client needs.

• Create detailed functional specifications and use cases for AI models and applications.

4. Performance Monitoring:

• Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of AI models and applications.

• Regularly monitor AI solutions and provide recommendations for improvement.

5. Requirements Gathering:

• Elicit and document detailed business requirements, including data needs, use cases, and success criteria.

• Work closely with clients to define project scopes and deliverables.

6. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Communication

• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business objectives and challenges.

• Identify opportunities where generative AI can provide value and solve business problems.

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business terms.

• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to clients and management.

Education and Essential Experience:

• Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in AI or technology-related projects.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.

• Knowledge of generative AI concepts and technologies is a plus.
