HIRING FOR UK PROCESS - CUSTOMER SERVICE
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION REQUIRED .

Job Requisites:

1. Age: 19 years to 40 years

2. Minimum Qualification HSC +

3. Maximum Qualification Graduates

(Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)

4. Experience 0-1 year of experience in BPO/ Customer service industry.

(Fresher will be preferred)

5. Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken English skills.

6. Shifts Rotational US shifts starting 5:30PM - 7:30AM

(Should be comfortable to work in all shifts,Any 9 hours).

Fresher - Experience:

Job Profile: - Handling inbound calls - Providing Customer support to UK Customers - Excellent communication skill with good hold on grammar - Basic knowledge of computer .

Key Skills:
~ Good communication skill in English.
~ Good at computer skills
~Ready to work in Voice Process / UK .

Benefits:
1. Centralized pick-up and drop from Andheri and Ghatkopar Station during the day.
