Position: Executive/ Sr. Executive - International Voice Process (Verification Department)

Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Undertake thorough secondary research to find and verify contact details of prospective
foreign buyers/suppliers for clients.
• Make international calls, collect, and update the database on a regular basis.
• Ensure respective verifications are conducted on timely basis.
• Should be able to meet process timeline and quality standards.

Requirements:

Experience - 0-4 yrs
• Good command over English language, both oral and written.
• Analytical, and comfortable with handling quantitative and qualitative data.
• Should have good knowledge of google search and other search engines.
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
• Experience in an international call center would be preferred but is not essential.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
