International Voice Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound calls from customers, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer requests, provide accurate information, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Meet performance targets for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.

Job Requirements :

- 0-2 years of experience in an international call center or BPO environment.
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language.
- Ability to work on outbound processes such as telemarketing campaigns or lead generation activities.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
