Lead Java Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying large-scale Java-based applications using Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical roadmaps for implementation.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards within the team.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Job Requirements :

- 9-12 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms for efficient problem-solving.
- Experience working on microservices architecture design principles for distributed systems.
