International Voice Process Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle international calls from clients across various countries, providing excellent customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
• Process client requests, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in an international BPO/call center environment.
• Strong proficiency in English language (written & spoken).
• Ability to work on night shifts (rotating schedules) including weekends and holidays.
