Job Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager Inside Sales to drive new business opportunities in the global logistics market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new sellers, identifying potential clients, and pitching cross-border shipping solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and onboard new sellers by understanding their cross-border logistics requirements.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the global logistics market.
- Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Pitch and sell cross-border shipping solutions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals successfully.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and achieve sales targets.
Required Skillsets:
- Strong sales and business development acumen.
- MBA/Bachelor's in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics or cross-border shipping sector.
- Ability to generate and manage leads effectively.
- Knowledge of global logistics and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
