A bootstrap company already having offices in 3 countries, Tradologie.com is currently expanding its workforce aggressively and is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals having ambitions to grow with the organization, which is aiming to set up international bases across the EU and Africa in the upcoming financial year.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales person is an individual contributor role. The inside sale will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, assessing them, proposing the value proposition offered, guiding them to subscribe to the solution, and achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing sales information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, and recommending profit and service improvements.
A self-starter and go-getter who can effectively work within a strong team culture. The inside sales will be responsible for identifying, mapping, and qualifying potential clients.
An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
- Follow up with a clear and effective approach to convince the customer and help him decide.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in selling B2B, SaaS, digital marketing solutions.
- Minimum of 3-8 years of sales experience.
- A self-starter and has an innovative approach to business development.
- Experience in sales, business development, or inside sales.
- Should be able to work as an individual contributor to generate expected revenue.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent ability to assess customer needs and drive sales through effective solution selling.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Experience in online demonstrating solutions is a plus.
- Good organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Takes ownership of tasks and drives them to completion.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
