Job Summary:
- We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, build strong relationships, and expand our market presence.
- The role offers exciting opportunities to work with international clients, particularly in the IT and Non-IT sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, pursue leads, and convert them into successful agreements.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow business across South India.
- Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to generate business leads.
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients and deliver impactful presentations on company services.
- Secure staffing contracts from international companies in IT and Non-IT domains.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to represent the organization.
- Negotiate contract terms, close sales deals, and meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare detailed reports, analyzing successes and identifying new opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role or in the service-based industry.
- International Client Acquisition Experience, Mandatory.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of business development and sales growth techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with less than 30 days' notice period.
