Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts across our hotels and resorts, including properties in Mussoorie, Ranikhet, Noida, and upcoming locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality sales, offline marketing, and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the domestic, corporate, travel agent (TA) markets and MICE segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth across all hotel properties.
Oversee and manage the sales teams across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in approach and alignment with corporate goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the domestic, corporate, and TA markets to ensure sustained business growth.
Drive revenue management strategies to optimize room pricing and maximize profitability across all properties.
Responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet customer needs, working closely with other hotel staff to ensure customers are satisfied with the facilities and their time there.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Working with advertising agencies and managing relationships with agencies and partners.
Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
Ensure all sales and marketing initiatives are in line with the companys brand standards and positioning.
