Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Sales Head to join our team at Greatwall Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. As a Sales Head, you will be responsible for selling premium residential apartments in Shimla. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the real estate industry in Himachal Pradesh and the ability to convert leads from social media platforms.

Lead Conversion: Generate and convert leads from social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and other online sources into potential buyers.

Sales & Negotiation: Engage with prospective clients, conduct property tours, and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.

Broker Network: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and agents in Himachal Pradesh to expand the client base.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and competitor activity in the premium residential segment in Shimla.

Client Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service to prospective buyers, addressing their queries and guiding them through the property buying process.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead management on the CRM system

Preferred candidate profile

1.Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically in premium residential properties.

2.Proven ability to generate and convert leads from social media platforms.

3.Strong broker networking in Himachal Pradesh, particularly in Shimla.

4.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6.Familiarity with real estate market trends in Shimla and surrounding areas.

7.Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
