Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts across our hotels and resorts, including properties in Mussoorie, Ranikhet, Noida, and upcoming locations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality sales, offline marketing, and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the domestic, corporate, travel agent (TA) markets and MICE segments.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth across all hotel properties.


Oversee and manage the sales teams across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in approach and alignment with corporate goals.


Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the domestic, corporate, and TA markets to ensure sustained business growth.


Drive revenue management strategies to optimize room pricing and maximize profitability across all properties.


Responsible for coordinating marketing and promotional activities to meet customer needs, working closely with other hotel staff to ensure customers are satisfied with the facilities and their time there.


Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.


Working with advertising agencies and managing relationships with agencies and partners.


Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.


Ensure all sales and marketing initiatives are in line with the company's brand standards and positioning.


DIGITAL MARKETING:

  • Facilitates social media engagement and updating content in local digital channels (e.g., website, travel sites, etc.)
  • Develops and executes promotions campaign in F&B, rooms, and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels.
  • Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.
  • Manage website content, ensuring content is accurate and current at all times.
  • Manage email marketing efforts for hotel and its outlets, including database development, strategy execution, and reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the hotels and resorts industry.
  • Strong expertise in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions). With a proven track record of driving MICE business for hotels.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and familiarity with the latest tools and trends.
  • Deep knowledge of the domestic, corporate, and TA (Travel Agent) markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple properties and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel between properties as required.
  • MBA in Marketing or relevant advanced degree.
