Job Description:

Mosaic Mussoorie is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. The Executive Chef will be responsible for maintaining high culinary standards, creating exceptional menus, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. This role requires a creative and passionate leader with a strong background in kitchen management, food preparation, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of food quality and presentation.
• Develop and design seasonal menus, focusing on local and international cuisine.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain food cost control, manage inventory, and ensure hygiene and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to enhance guest satisfaction through exceptional dining experiences.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to ensure professional development and effective teamwork.
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or in a similar senior kitchen role.
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for culinary excellence with a creative and innovative approach to menu development.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
