Job Description

Mosaic Hotels is looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to lead corporate sales efforts and coordinate with travel agents for Hotel Mosaic Mussoorie and Seed, Ranikhet. Based in Gurugram. Work from home. He/She needs to come to the Noida Office once a week.

this role will involve generating new business, building relationships with corporate clients and travel agents, and achieving sales targets through active sales calls and field visits.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Sales Management:
  • Identify and develop relationships with corporate clients for Hotel Mosaic Mussoorie and Seed, Ranikhet.
  • Conduct sales calls and visits to corporate offices and key clients in Gurugram, promoting our properties and services.
  • Travel Agent Coordination:
  • Build and maintain partnerships with travel agents to increase bookings and boost occupancy rates.
  • Negotiate and set up partnerships with travel agencies, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings and special promotions.
  • Client Relationship Development:
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with corporate clients and travel agents to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Respond to client inquiries and tailor solutions to meet specific needs.
  • Sales Strategy Execution:
  • Implement sales strategies developed with the Associate Director of Sales, meeting set revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends, using insights to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting and Coordination:
  • Provide regular updates and sales reports to the Associate Director of Sales, highlighting progress, challenges, and successes.
  • Visit the Mosaic Hotels Noida office once a week for meetings, reporting, and strategy discussions.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA in sales, Hospitality, or equivalent
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate sales and/or travel agency partnerships, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication in English, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to business development.
