CloudShine is seeking an experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the training industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in Digital Marketing and sales, focusing on building client relationships and achieving revenue targets.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute Marketing and sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Identify and engage with new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the SEO marketing team and manage marketing campaigns.
• Provide sales forecasts and performance analysis.
• Lead and mentor the sales team.
• Engage with clients and submit quotations for the inquiry.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of Marketing and sales experience, preferably in training or EdTech.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow business.
