Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales

Responsibilities  

We're hiring ambitious Real Estate Sales personal who have Zeal to work in Real Estate Sector.

Looking for a dynamic Sales Personal with experience in Real Estate.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Attending the customer at the site, explaining about the project.
2. Following up with leads (given to them from the presales team) for the site visits.
3. Attending walk-in customers.
4. Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports.

5. Identified and communicated with potential customers, scheduled appointments with clients, and maintained relationships to optimize future sales opportunities.

6. Identified customer needs and requirements; actively participated in weekly team meetings with managers.

7. Developed and implemented new policies and procedures resulting in a significant reduction in operating expenses.

 Requirements  

• Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Working experience as an Assistant Sales Manager, or a similar role in the Sales Department.   
• Ability to provide amazing customer service to the clients.  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools.  
• Knowledge and experience using effective sales strategies.  
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.  
• Excellent communication skills.  
• Ability to demonstrate excellent leadership skills.  
• Excellent ability to make a timely decision.  
• Good sales and people skills.
