Co-ordinating with Site In charge and Vendors in Case of any disputes.

Prepare Rate Analysis, Comparative Statement, work orders, agreement / Negotiating & finalizing with vendors.

Analayasing & Comparing materials.

To prepare charts showing work done by contractors.

Generating MIS, Weekly Report, Monthly Report etc.

Visiting the various sites locations in the Country for finalizing the contract.

WORK KNOWLEDGE:-

Techno Commercial knowledge of Contract.

Aware of Contract terms & conditions.

Good negotiating and communication skills.
