Engineer / Senior Engineer Planning

Job Description:

• Supervise & schedule the works across multiple projects.
• Implementation of project plan
• Ensure logical sequencing of plan based on resources
• Establish and maintain schedule baselines and ensure project control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance.
• Plan resources, arrange allocation of resources as per the project plan.
• To conduct progress review meetings at fixed intervals.
• To analyze the gaps between the planned Vs actual and highlight the areas for action.
• Weekly MIS Report to be sent to Directors & higher management.
• Preparing Project Consultant Work Order.
• Preparing Cash flow projection for the financial year & update quarterly.
• Coordination for Green Building with the Consultant

Person Specification:

• Qualification: BE Civil with 2 years experience.
• Years of experience: 2 + years after BE (Relevant experience with MSP Software & Planning)
