Regional Training Manager

Role Summary

As a Learning and Development Professional, you will play a pivotal role in building and implementing training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. You will be responsible for creating, delivering, and evaluating learning programs that align with our business objectives and drive operational excellence. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and will involve travel to our various field locations to better understand the unique needs of our team members and clients. Shadowing field officers will provide you with practical insights that inform the relevance and effectiveness of our training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Design and Development: Develop engaging and impactful learning materials, including presentations, modules, case studies, and role-playing exercises, tailored to the microfinance sector.
• Program Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to diverse groups, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, and operational skills.
• Needs Assessment: Work closely with department heads and field officers to identify specific training needs, create content that addresses those needs, and continuously refine our approach.

Microfinance experience is mandatory.
