Executive Recruiter

We seek a dynamic and enthusiastic entry-level HR recruiter to join our team. The key responsibilities of this role are sourcing and assessing suitable candidates according to the companys requirements. Description:

• Ensuring complete recruitment and selection
• Identifying staffing needs and developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
• Facilitating the hiring process, including negotiating job offers and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Providing training on microfinance operations, customer service, compliance, and other relevant topics.
• Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
• Managing employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience as HR-Recruiter from MFI/NBFC background
• Any graduate preferred
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have demonstrated excellent people management skills
