Collection Head

Primary Objective:
Lead and manage the collections process to recover dues and reduce delinquencies for the JLG loan portfolio. Oversee internal teams and develop strategies to improve collection efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collections Management
• Monitor team performance and meet recovery targets.
• Develop and implement collection strategies aligned with business goals.
2. Delinquency & NPA Handling
• Track and manage Non-Performing Assets (NPAs).
• Identify and resolve weak accounts early.
3. Legal Action Management
• Initiate and oversee legal proceedings for problematic accounts.
4. Team Leadership
• Lead and manage regional collections teams.
• Collaborate with the Call Centre department and RPOs.
• Set targets, monitor KPIs, and incentivize performance.
5. Forecasting & Planning
• Develop strategies for collections, including recovery rate forecasting and resource planning.
6. Data Management & Reporting
• Ensure accurate customer data and track trends to improve collections.
7. Compliance & Risk Control
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
