Telecalling Executive

We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team at Shecommerz. This is a full-time position based in Hebbal and Hosur. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our microfinance products. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell our microfinance products
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through phone calls to understand their financial needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our microfinance products, their features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through effective questioning and active listening.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share best practices.
