Job Title: Senior TA - Retail Hiring
Location: Bangalore
Reports to: Senior Manager - HR
Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive TA Specialist to lead the recruitment and hiring efforts for our retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring store-level employees, ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with company standards and timelines. This role involves working closely with store managers and HR teams to meet staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Sourcing:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for retail positions (e.g., sales associates, cashiers, store managers).
- Utilize job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals to reach a diverse pool of applicants.
Screening and Interviewing:
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, culture fit, and availability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
On-boarding:
- Oversee the on-boarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure all employees complete necessary training and development programs before starting their roles.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for store-level employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Assist in handling employee grievances, concerns, and disciplinary actions when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in retail or similar industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in retail hiring or high-volume recruitment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and store managers.
