Your key responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end engagement delivery/execution with high quality and timely deliverables
- Establish robust client relationships leading to better service quality and repeat business
- Demonstrate significant industry/solution expertise

- Contribute to the firm's initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality and operational excellence

Skills and attributes :
- Expertise in the areas listed - Business Strategy/Route to Market/Growth strategy/Digital Transformation/Go-To-Market strategy/Market Assessment/Business Process Reengineering
- In-depth understanding and experience in the economic and business consulting environment
- Develop, execute and maintain project work plan and budget for assigned teams
- Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offering that may assist current customer base.
- Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive on-the-job coaching to team members, while fostering an innovative and inclusive teamoriented work environment.
- Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services. Strive to assist our clients uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development process.
- Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess what the firm can deliver to serve clients.
- Advanced knowledge of MS basic tools - Excel, Power Point, SQL, Power BI/ Tableau, Alteryx
To qualify for the role you must have:
- MBA (premium institute preferred) with a strong academic record
- 8+ years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably from Consulting with significant expertise in at least three of the areas listed
- Business transformation, Business process Re-engineering, Market assessment, Channel/Trade marketing, Field sales, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing improvement/ transformation, Strategic Cost optimization, Analytical skills.
- In-depth domain knowledge and expertise in the respective least one sector of the following sectors: listed - FMCG/Consumer goods and products.
Ideally you'll also have :
- Willingness to travel
- Flexible to adopt to a demanding lifestyle
- Able to thrive in relatively unstructured situations
- High initiative and drive, positive attitude and high commitment
- Maturity and ability to handle pressure
