Role Description

Teleperformance is seeking a Senior Customer Support Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Chennai. This position requires a proactive and customer-centric approach to managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role involves:

• Providing prompt and effective customer support through various channels (phone, email, chat).
• Handling escalations and complex queries with professionalism.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.
• Offering support and troubleshooting solutions when needed.
• Collaborating with internal teams to improve customer service processes.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 1 year experience is mandatory.
• Rotational night shift.
• 5 days' work.
• 2 rotational weeks off.
• Salary: 3 LPA - 5.5 LPA (30% hike)
• Proven experience in Customer Support/Customer Service.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with online support tools.
• Prior experience in a senior customer support role is preferred.
