JOB DESCRIPTION - SENIOR ASSOCIATE - FINANCE & ACCOUNTS (ACCOUNTS PAYABLE)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role specific skillsets:
Accounting concepts & Processing
Required to have a good knowledge of transaction processing
Understanding of concepts of accounts payable and the complete cycle of P2P
Comfortable working on Excel and hands on experience working on any ERP e. g. , Oracle, SAP, etc.

A B. Com/M. Com/MBA degree along with prior exposure of 2 - 4 years in Accounts Payable processes.

An ability to understand the organization s goals and objectives and link them with the deliverables of the assigned function, in addition to overseeing delivery and operations.

Over all infrastructure is nice
Managers never cooprates with with employees, rude behaviour of manages especially in F&A departments, never approve your leaves until and unless you are begging for it and when there is crunch situation about delivery force you to stay back after office and make you complete all work... and stay back frequency is quite high like you have to stay back 2-3 days in a week
