JOB DESCRIPTION - SENIOR ASSOCIATE - FINANCE & ACCOUNTS (ClaimsProcessing)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role specific skillsets:

• Accounting concepts & Processing
• Following upwith respective customers for claim data and other information. (Externalstakeholders)
• Following-upwith internal stakeholders in Business team for gathering inputs and otherinformation to integrate in the claim validation process.
• Extractingvarious data set from internal system to be used for preparation of claim data.
• Performingvalidation of claim data basis the available information from Loreal Businessteam.
• Disputeresolution by coordinating with Customer & Business team.
• Gathering necessaryapprovals from the Business & Finance team before settlement of claims.
• ObtainingInvoice / Debit Note against the validated claim from customer at correctamount.
• Archival of allthe data points and documentation in system.
• Preparing Adhocdata set or extracting details out of available data sets
• Required to havea good knowledge of transaction processing
• Understanding ofconcepts of accounts payable and the complete cycle of P2P
• Comfortableworking on Excel and hands on experience working on any ERP e. g. , Oracle, SAP, etc

Work location: Mumbai (lower parel)

Shift Timings: Nexdigm operatesin multiple shifts to help cater to our clients better:

• Generalshift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

• A B. Com/M. Com/MBA degree along with prior exposure of 2 - 4 years inAccounts Payable, MIS, Claims processing

• An ability to understand the organization s goals and objectives and linkthem with the deliverables of the assigned function, in addition to overseeingdelivery and operations.
