Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position is required to work on ourClient s Contract Management System (CMS tool). This resource will beresponsible to perform CMS administrative work for about 80% of the time andcontract review and abstraction work for about 20% of the time.

This resource shall be required to:

Manage the client s CMS repository

Maintain file management and upload contracts into theCMS tool

Assign contracts by creating agreement folders onCMS

Assign contracts to respective legal attorneys asindicated

Review contract drafts using client-providedinstructions for errors and/or exceptions

Route contracts for signature

Maintain and update a detailed database of allassignments in a timely manner

Interact and engage with the lead COE attorney and

Provide detailed reports on activities performed on aweekly/monthly basis or as and when requested

Work on specific CMS admin projects for clients andcomplete the same in a timely manner

Working Model: Work-from-office

Shift Timings : Nexdigm operates in multiple shifts to helpcater to our clients better:

  • Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
  • Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am

Please Note: Shift timings differ basis the role. The shifttiming allocated to you will depend on the scope of work and will be communicatedto you during the offer discussion.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Ability to understand and grasp processes

Experience in using Microsoft Office

Confidence and ability to interact with lead attorneys fromclient s offices around the world

Excellent written and verbal communication skills [Fluency inEnglish]

Over all infrastructure is nice

Dislikes

Managers never cooprates with with employees, rude behaviour of manages especially in F&A departments, never approve your leaves until and unless you are begging for it and when there is crunch situation about delivery force you to stay back after office and make you complete all work... and stay back frequency is quite high like you have to stay back 2-3 days in a week
