Key skills for the job
The position is required to work on ourClient s Contract Management System (CMS tool). This resource will beresponsible to perform CMS contract administrative and execution work for about80% of the time and contract drafting and review work for about 20% of the timewith negotiation support from contract analyst (legal).
This resource shall be required to work in the following areas:
Assignment
o Pull the case/contract report daily
o Duplicate checks as per process guidelines toidentify duplicate contract requests triggered in the system
o Create Case (contract request initiation) in thetool
o Assign/transfer cases as per client instruction
Sourcing
o Review case & verify: Supplier details, PurchaseRequisition (PR) / Commodity card, Legal entity and MSA
o Reach-out for queries to the requestor (decent oraland written communication is a must)
o Trigger Contract Request Form (CRF) creation via BOT
Drafting
o Review contract drafts using client-providedinstructions for errors and/or exceptions
o Create draft & upload contract draft in the CMStool
o Convert the request to contract
o Signatures routing
o Reviews, if required
o Manual intervention in case of BOT failure
The associate should be able to coordinate with thelegal associate and get the negotiation process completed
Execution process
o Upload executed contract in PR
o Approve the PR as per process
o Upload executed draft to case number in the CLM tool
o Close the case in CLM tool
Manage the client s CMS repository
Maintain and update a detailed database of allassignments in a timely manner
Provide detailed reports on activities performed on aweekly/monthly basis or as and when requested
Work on specific CMS admin projects for clients andcomplete the same in a timely manner

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Ability to understand and grasp processes
Experience in using Microsoft Office
Confidence and ability to interact with lead attorneys fromclient s offices around the world
Excellent written and verbal communication skills [Fluency inEnglish]
