JOB DESCRIPTION - SENIOR ASSOCIATE - FINANCE & ACCOUNTS (Claims Processing)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role specific skillsets:

• Accounting concepts & Processing
• Following up with respective customers for claim data and other information. (External stakeholders)
• Following-up with internal stakeholders in Business team for gathering inputs and other information to integrate in the claim validation process.
• Extracting various data set from internal system to be used for preparation of claim data.
• Performing validation of claim data basis the available information from Loreal Business team.
• Dispute resolution by coordinating with Customer & Business team.
• Gathering necessary approvals from the Business & Finance team before settlement of claims.
• Obtaining Invoice / Debit Note against the validated claim from customer at correct amount.
• Archival of all the data points and documentation in system.
• Preparing Adhoc data set or extracting details out of available data sets
• Required to have a good knowledge of transaction processing
• Understanding of concepts of accounts payable and the complete cycle of P2P
• Comfortable working on Excel and hands on experience working on any ERP e. g. , Oracle, SAP, etc

Work location: Mumbai (lower parel)

Shift Timings: Nexdigm operates in multiple shifts to help cater to our clients better:

• General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• A dynamic personality and a passion to constantly improvise technology to suit the organization s needs.
• A B. Com/M. Com/MBA degree along with prior exposure of 2 - 4 years in Accounts Payable, MIS, Claims processing
• A flair for working in a team and working hand in hand to achieve individual goals and team goals.
• The drive to bring about change and a desire to constantly look for ways to use technology to derive efficiencies.
• An ability to understand the organization s goals and objectives and link them with the deliverables of the assigned function, in addition to overseeing delivery and operations.
