Job Description:
As an Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting initial assessments, and coordinating interviews. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, maintain candidate databases, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Post job ads on the companys website, social media channels, and relevant job boards.
• Evaluate resumes, cover letters, and job applications.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills, knowledge, and experience.
• Follow up with successful candidates and update the companys internal records.
• Serve as a point of contact between candidates and the company during the selection process. • Maintain the recruitment tracker and oversee the onboarding process.
• Update job descriptions as necessary.
Additional Desired Skills:
• Previous experience in recruitment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and presentation tools.
Education Requirements & Experience:
• MBA or any other Postgraduate. • Exp-0-1
