Associate - Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions.
  
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential candidates to assess their fit for the role.
  
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment cycle.

Essential Skills:

• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using Excel.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
