Job Title: Recruitment Intern (HR Executive - Fresher/6 Months Experience)

We are expanding our HR team and seeking a motivated Recruitment Intern to assist in building our talent pool and supporting end-to-end recruitment activities.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have an MBA in HR (preferred) and 06 months of experience in recruitment or HR-related activities. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The role is a fully work-from-office position based in Indore and requires exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Post job openings on various job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract top talent.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

2. Sourcing and Talent Pool Management:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and social media, to identify potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to fulfill current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

4. Recruitment Process Improvement:

  • Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

5. Onboarding Assistance:

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation planning, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.

6. Employer Branding:

  • Actively promote Hvantage Technologies as an employer of choice by engaging with potential candidates on social media platforms.
  • Participate in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events to build relationships with potential candidates.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification (preferred).
  • Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and relevant recruitment experience will also be considered.

Experience:

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in recruitment or HR-related activities are welcome to apply.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or other job boards is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
  • High level of organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in the HR domain.
