Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and talented individuals for the role of Backend Engineer. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have foundational skills in backend development, and exposure to or certifications in .NET and Angular will be a significant plus. Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development:
• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining backend components and services.
• Develop and support RESTful APIs and server-side logic using industry-standard frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior developers to integrate backend functionalities with front-end applications.

• Code Quality and Maintenance:
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under the guidance of senior team members.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in coding standards.
• Assist in debugging and troubleshooting issues in the application.

• Learning and Development:
• Engage in continuous learning of modern programming languages, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to understand full-stack application architecture.
• Attend internal training sessions and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Exposure to .NET & Angular:
• While the primary focus is on backend development, exposure to .NET frameworks is preferred.
• Candidates with certifications or training in .NET and Angular will be given preference.
• Work on projects that may require integration with front-end technologies, gaining holistic full-stack experience.

• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing ideas and learning from the team.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of backend development concepts, programming languages, and software design principles.
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
• Awareness of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL) and fundamental SQL skills.

• Soft Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally in a dynamic setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to or certifications in .NET development.
• Basic familiarity with Angular framework and front-end development concepts.
