Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our development team and work on high-impact software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET technologies with experience in developing robust applications. Knowledge of Angular or other frontend technologies will be an added advantage. This is a work-from-office role based in Indore, and we are looking for immediate joiners who can contribute from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Backend Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions using .NET Core/ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
• Develop RESTful APIs to support front-end applications and third-party integrations.
• Build reusable, modular, and efficient codebases to improve performance and scalability.

2. Frontend Development (Preferred):

• If experienced in Angular, contribute to building dynamic, responsive, and interactive user interfaces.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate user-facing elements with backend logic.
• Work on state management, reusable components, and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

3. Database Management:

• Design and manage relational database schemas, queries, and stored procedures using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Optimize database performance and ensure high levels of data integrity and security.
• Perform database tuning, indexing, and other optimization techniques for seamless application performance.

4. Application Design and Architecture:

• Participate in system architecture discussions, contributing to high-level and detailed technical designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Ensure applications adhere to best practices in terms of coding standards, scalability, and security.

5. Testing and Debugging:

• Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing for developed modules.
• Debug and resolve complex application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through regular code reviews and adherence to QA standards.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with project managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates and resolve technical challenges.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and support them in resolving technical challenges.

7. Deployment and Maintenance:

• Participate in application deployment processes and provide post-deployment support.
• Work on continuous improvement of applications, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Ensure regular updates to the application based on feedback and evolving requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Backend Development:
• Strong expertise in .NET Core/ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
• Proficiency in C# programming and object-oriented design principles.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs for scalable and efficient applications.
• Database Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, including query optimization, stored procedures, and indexing.
• Knowledge of data modeling and schema design for relational databases.
• Frontend Development (Preferred):
• Hands-on experience with Angular (v8 and above) or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Additional Skills:
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for debugging and performance tuning.

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and pipelines for automated deployment.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers in resolving technical challenges.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development with exposure to database design and API development.
• At least 4+ years of experience with Angular (preferred) or other frontend technologies.
