Recruiter - Non IT

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
  
• Coordinate interviews between clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  
• Shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements provided by clients or company HR teams.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
  
• Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and social media sites.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment with a focus on permanent staffing.
  
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, interview coordination, salary negotiations, employee screenings, offer generation, joining formalities, induction/onboarding.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement throughout the recruitment cycle.
