HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to join our HR team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with HR manager to understand hiring needs, refine job descriptions, and set clear recruitment expectations.
• Job Posting: Craft job descriptions and posting it on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with HR managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Candidate Engagement: Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Offer Negotiation and Closing: Present offers to selected candidates, handle negotiations, and complete the background verification and release the appointment.
• Employee Onboarding: Pre arrangement of employee onboarding.
• Employer Branding: Promote the organizations culture and values to attract top talent and create a positive perception in the marketplace.
• Keep track of job boards, social networks, and other platforms that enable HR hiring, with relevant job descriptions and announcements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in high-volume recruitment is preferred. Freshers can apply.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
