Key Responsibilities

Primary Role Recruitment

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for both sales roles and functional staff (finance, administration, marketing, operations).
• Hire talent across various levels, from entry-level to senior positions.
• Draft and tailor job descriptions (JDs) for diverse roles.
• Post job openings on job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and other relevant platforms, leveraging your personal network when necessary.
• Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates across different roles and levels.
• Oversee candidate assessments, including sending shortlisting assignments and coordinating follow-ups.
• Co-lead interviews with senior management and make informed hiring recommendations.
• Prepare and send offer letters to successful candidates.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact (POC) for new hires, assisting with onboarding and addressing any queries.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience, with preference given to candidates with recruitment experience in the EdTech industry.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions, including sales and functional roles (finance, admin, marketing, operations).
• Comfortable hiring talent at entry-level and senior management levels.
• Experience in onboarding business partners such as trainers, influencers, and media agencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong experience with Google tools (Drive, Mail, Docs, Sheets, Forms) and online job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.).
• A self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent coordination and project management skills.
