Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration tasks such as employee engagement, joining formalities, interview coordination, and shortlisting.
  
• Assist in recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting telephonic conversations with candidates, and following up on follow-ups.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and post job openings on various platforms.
  
• Conduct salary negotiations and ensure timely joining of new employees.
  
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the team lead.
