Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate database and maintain recruitment reports.
Build a strong pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of non-IT recruitment processes.
Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
