Technical Delivery Manager (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

- Implement the Management's strategic Vision for Technology programs by cascading it down to process design, business requirements and technology implementation

- Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.

- Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks

- Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective

- Have a strong understanding of SDLC, SSDLC and ITSM methodologies and experience in querying data in SQL

- Conduct UAT and Quality Testing initiatives to ensure all development work thoroughly aligns with business/technical requirements

- Collaborate with Change Management teams to ensure Global Readiness of all Stakeholders and Users before the releases

- Support User Training and Data migration initiatives

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Proven experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the technology industry .Ideal experience would be 8-12 years

- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

- Passion for technology and innovation, with a customer-centric mindset and a track record of delivering successful products to market.

- Experience in banking/financial services/payments preferred
