- Engaging with EPC contractors in solar rooftop space/clean energy installers and MSMEs to generate leads for financing in the assigned districts.
- Setting ambitious targets for self and achieving it month on month.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Problem solve to ensure that the financing to the MSMEs is done to their satisfaction.
Candidate Details :
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience in NBFC / Bank, doing B2B / MSME / LAP lending; (clean energy sector sales experience is preferred.)
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Effective communication skills.
