State Sales Head
Job Summary:
The State Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing the sales team responsible for closing individual household deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating the company's unique selling propositions (USPs). This role involves defining sales strategy, planning for the sales team, and ensuring deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for residential solar sales.
- Define and implement sales plans for the team to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the sales team to ensure high conversion rates and customer delight.
- Ensure effective communication of USPs and benefits of solar energy to customers.
- Monitor and guide the sales team to achieve closure targets efficiently.
- Track performance metrics and report on sales progress regularly.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a sales team for solar retail or residential sales.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to drive sales closure.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in planning and executing sales strategies.
- Knowledge of government solar schemes and financing options.
Experience: 5+ years in solar sales (preferably residential rooftop EPC).
