Role & responsibilities
1. Experience in Air/Ocean Freight Sales
2. Generate creative ideas on customer acquisition and sales related activities to achieve targets and revenue
3. Plan activities of the field sales to secure maximum sales volume and profit target
4. Responsible for internal reporting and compiling data for team
5. Responsible for Managing Salesforce for complete Sales Team
6. Responsible for Tele-Calling and generating leads for Sales Team
7. Making rate quotation after consultation with Sales PIC
8. Following up on AR Pendency cases
9. Should have 15-20 Accounts/ customer base
10. Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationship, assessing client specific needs, promoting and selling our services
11. Go To Market (GTM) Experience is must
