Senior Executive - CSD Sales

Profile - CSD Sales / Canteen Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for CSD/CPC sales with robust business plan for primary, secondary and tertiary sales
• Maintaining and building strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction.
• Ensure timely Visit, Follow up, Placement & Orders.
• Sales coverage and URC coverage that includes both CSD and CPC. Ensure to achieve targeted market share.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy development.
• Payment collections as per schedule.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Preferred candidate profile :-

• 2-5 years of experience in direct Sales / channel sales / MT or related field.
• Strong understanding of Channel Management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data-driven insights from MIS reports to inform strategic decision-making.
• Exposure of managing retail sales promoters
