Business Development Executive (BDE) - FMCG Industry - Key Outlets Management
Company Overview:
We are a leading FMCG company with a strong presence in the market. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive, responsible for managing key outlets in the FMCG industry.
Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key outlets in the FMCG industry. This individual will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to increase sales and revenue for the company. The BDE will also be responsible for managing customer accounts, negotiating deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, visiting key outlets, and processing invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with key outlets in the FMCG industry
• Manage existing customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with them
• Negotiate and close deals with customers to maximize revenue and profitability
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies
to increase sales
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or
complaints
• Visit key outlets to assess their needs, provide support, and gather market feedback
• Process invoices and ensure timely payment from customers
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in key accounts management in the FMCG industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to travel as required
• Experience in field visits and invoice processing is preferred
