Job Description
- Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in rural areas
- Regularly interact with clients to understand their financial requirements and provide personalized assistance
- Sales and Business Development: Identify potential customers and create strategies to expand the customer base
- Promote the bank's products and services through various marketing initiatives and community outreach programs
- Product Knowledge: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the bank's rural banking products and services
- Educate customers about the features, benefits, and suitability of different financial products
- Cross-selling: Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate financial products to existing customers to maximize their engagement with the bank
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in rural banking policies and regulations
- Use this information to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
- Customer Support: Provide prompt and efficient support to customers for their banking needs, including account opening, loan applications, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
- Monitor performance against goals and take necessary actions to meet or exceed targets
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and relevant data in the bank's CRM system
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal guidelines while promoting and selling financial products and services
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and overall professional development
