Job Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at S2Integrators, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new business opportunities to support our growth objectives. With 3 years of experience in sales or lead generation, you will leverage your skills to engage potential clients, qualify leads, and set up strategic meetings for our sales team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads within target markets. Utilize various channels such as online research, social media, and industry networking.
  • Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce S2Integrators and its offerings.
  • Qualify Leads: Evaluate the potential of leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our sales strategy.
  • Set Appointments: Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and presentations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions with prospects in our CRM system to track progress and maintain data integrity.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve outreach efforts.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and progress toward achieving targets.
Qualifications:
  • Education: bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role, preferably within IT.

Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as we'll as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
