As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at S2Integrators, you will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new business opportunities to support our growth objectives. With 3 years of experience in sales or lead generation, you will leverage your skills to engage potential clients, qualify leads, and set up strategic meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads within target markets. Utilize various channels such as online research, social media, and industry networking.
Outreach: Conduct outreach to prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce S2Integrators and its offerings.
Qualify Leads: Evaluate the potential of leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our sales strategy.
Set Appointments: Schedule and coordinate meetings, demos, and presentations for the sales team with qualified leads.
CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions with prospects in our CRM system to track progress and maintain data integrity.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve outreach efforts.

Qualifications:
Education: bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
